White Pea Hen in Broken Arrow (91st St. & 129th E. Ave.)

I received this email on 7/112006. It is either a white Pea Hen or Peacock, and probably not an albino due to the dark eye.

I live in Mitford Bridge, a subdivision at the southeast corner of 91st & Olive (129th) in Broken Arrow.  We have a beautiful, large, white bird living in the neighborhood Nature Reserve.  Can you please identify this bird for me? The neighbors and I would truly appreciate your help.
